Blossom cheese with alpine herbs

Our “Blossom cheese” is made from pasteurized mountain milk and ripens for about 4 months. The surface of the wedges cut out of the wheel of cheese is especially “powdered” with blue cornflowers and yellow marigolds. So it is a treat for the eye as well as the palate.
