Queso de Cabra

This cheese is produced in the region of La Mancha, the home of Manchego. This savory semi-hard cheese is 100 % made from goat’s milk. During the three months of maturation, the rind of the 3-kilogram weighing round cheese is regularly washed. Its paste is light-colored, its texture is soft, providing a pleasant taste of goat’s milk. Good for cold and warm dishes. Put it on a cheese platter or serve it with Serrano ham on a tapas platter.
