Goat Cheese

This traditional Greek “white cheese” matured in brine is produced in the region of Thessaly in the east of Greece. HOTOS, a company which has been family-run for more than a hundred years, exclusively processes the milk of native goats into this nutritious and low-fat cheese. This “goat feta” with its slightly tangy taste serves well as an appetizer, as a main-course side dish or in Mediterranean salads.
