Comté AOP – a French mountain cheese from the Jura, naturally matured for over 24 months. Its long maturation gives this exceptional cheese an intense and complex flavour. Naturally lactose-free* due to the maturation process.

This French Comté AOP, with 45% fat in dry matter, is traditionally matured for at least 24 months. Our Comté is completely natural and crafted from raw milk using time-honoured methods.

Due to the above-average maturing time of at least two years, the Comté develops a strong, aromatic, spicy and fine taste. Try this unique specialty on its own with some bread and a full-bodied red wine.
