Viva Italia Büffelmozzarella Trüffel 125 g

Burrata is a handmade cheese specialty from Puglia. It has the shape of a small pouch, the contents of the pouch are cream and finely picked mozzarella and truffles. The flavor of the burrata core is creamy and slightly sweet, with a delicate aroma of summer truffles.
This specialty can be enjoyed classically with tomatoes & basil or plain with fresh bread, but also with stewed vegetables or with candied figs as a sweet version.
