Viva Italia Burrata 250 g

Burrata is a pasta filata cheese made in Puglia from cow’s milk and consists of mozzarella dough brought in the form of a bag. Pieces of mozzarella and cream are stuffed into the hand-pulled pastry bag, giving this specialty an immensely fresh and creamy taste. The resulting burrata balls are closed by hand. Ideal to enjoy in combination with steamed vegetables, candied fruits, pure, with fresh tomatoes & basil or in numerous other recipes with pasta or salads.
